Cancellation and Refund Policy

If your merchandise does not fit or you are not satisfied with the color or style of your merchandise, you have 48 hours to arrange for an exchange or receive full credit for your purchase. After 48 hours, exchanges or credits will not be issued. Should Household Furniture decide to accept return of any merchandise due to no fault of Household Furniture, a restocking fee of 30% will be charged. All refunds will be given as in store credit. Any other kind of refund will be issued at the management's discretion and will be issued from our corporate office by check, which may require up to 7 days to process and mail to your home.

The customer will be liable for the cost of any repair to any item not returned in its original condition. Special orders will require a 40% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit. bedding must be in its original packaging, sealed from the factory for refund or reselection.
